יש לי בעיה בהתקנת תוספים גם לאחר שלחצתי על נסה שוב גם לאחר התקנה מחדש והפעלת המחשב מחדש אלו פרטי השיגאה PlatformException(0, Cannot create the InAppWebView instance! HRESULT 0x8007139F The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation., null, null) במסך שנפתח לי באוצרייא מי שיכול פטור את הבעיה תבא עליו הברכה

השגיאה 0x8007139F אינה בעיה בתוסף עצמו — היא אומרת שתיקיית העבודה של רכיב התוספים (WebView2), %APPDATA%\otzaria\webview2, תפוסה על ידי תהליך אחר, ולכן אוצריא לא מצליחה ליצור את רכיב הדפדפן.

מה לנסות, לפי הסדר:

סגור את אוצריא לגמרי, פתח את מנהל המשימות (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), ובדוק שאין תהליך otzaria.exe או msedgewebview2.exe שנשאר פתוח — סיים את כולם, ואז פתח את אוצריא מחדש.
ודא שאין מופע שני של אוצריא שרץ במקביל (למשל אחד שנפתח כמנהל ואחד רגיל) — שניהם משתמשים באותה תיקייה ומתנגשים.
אם זה עדיין קורה: סגור את אוצריא, היכנס ל-%APPDATA%\otzaria, ושנה את שם התיקייה webview2 ל-webview2.old. זו תיקיית מטמון של התוספים בלבד — הספרייה, ההגדרות, הסימניות וההיסטוריה אינן מושפעות, והתיקייה תיווצר מחדש לבד בהפעלה הבאה.

הערה: העובדה שקיבלת את מסך "נסה שוב" הגנרי אומרת שהתוכנה כבר שללה בעצמה שתי סיבות אחרות (WebView2 חסר, ותיקיית נתונים ללא הרשאת כתיבה).

אם גם זה לא עוזר — נדרשים שני פרטים כדי להתקדם: מספר הגרסה (הגדרות ← אודות), והקובץ %APPDATA%\otzaria\logs\errors.txt.

מה לעשות, לפי הסדר

סגור את אוצריא. לחץ ימני על קיצור הדרך → "פתח מיקום קובץ", ואז לחץ ימני על otzaria.exe → מאפיינים → לשונית תאימות.
