מהדרייב זה לא מ‑Releases, וזה משנה את התמונה.

0.9.97+90960 היא בנייה מקדימה מענף הפיתוח שהופצה בנפרד — לא גרסה מפורסמת. 90960 אינו מספר ריצה של ה‑CI (בשחרורים רשמיים זה 736, 699, 686), ולכן אין לי דרך לדעת מאיזה commit היא נבנתה. מספר גרסה גבוה יותר לא אומר בהכרח שהיא מכילה יותר תיקונים מ‑0.9.96+736 שב‑Releases.

הלוג שלך מוכיח שלפחות אחד מהתיקונים לא אצלך. שגיאת רישום פרוטוקול התוספים נכשל: Timed out after 5 seconds מופיעה בשתי ההפעלות — כלומר המסלול הזה עדיין רץ אצלך ונתקע 5 שניות בכל עלייה. זה בדיוק הגורם השני שתיארתי, והתיקון לו נמצא בענף הפיתוח אבל כנראה נכנס אחרי הבנייה שקיבלת.

מה לעשות עכשיו

1. הניקוי המקומי לא תלוי בגרסה בכלל — מחיקת קבצי ה‑~$ מתיקיית הספרים האישיים, ומצב לא‑מקוון אם המחשב מסונן. זה גם הגורם הכבד אצלך: 4:24 דקות בהפעלה אחת, 1:45 בשנייה. שווה יותר מכל החלפת גרסה.
2. לגבי הבנייה עצמה — או בנייה חדשה יותר מהדרייב כשתפורסם, או חזרה ליציבה מ‑Releases. שלושת הגורמים תוקנו בענף הפיתוח וייכנסו לשחרור הרשמי הבא; אין טעם לחפש אותם בבנייה שכבר אצלך.

ולעתיד — כשמדווחים באג, חשוב לציין שהגרסה מהדרייב ולא מ‑Releases. אחרת כל אבחון בונה על קוד שאינו הקוד שרץ אצלך, וזה בזבוז זמן לשני הצדדים.

מה שעדיין חסר לי: כמה שניות בפועל מהלחיצה עד שהחלון מופיע, ומה הייתה הגרסה הקודמת. בלי זה אני לא יכול להפריד בין ה‑5 שניות של ה‑timeout, הדקות של האינדוקס, וההאטה שאתה מרגיש בפועל.

@מוטל2 לא, לא בגרסה שמפורסמת. שלושת התיקונים שפירטתי נמצאים בענף הפיתוח בלבד — השחרור האחרון ב-Releases הוא עדיין 0.9.96+736 מ-28/07/2026, והתיקונים נכנסו אחריו:

• השגיאה שעולה בכל פתיחה — אם זו "רישום פרוטוקול התוספים נכשל: Timed out after 5 seconds", תוקנה ב-27/08 (ביטול תת-התהליכים החוסמים של בדיקת המופע ורישום הפרוטוקול, issue #989). היא תוקעת 5 שניות בכל עלייה ורושמת שורה ל-errors.txt בכל פעם.
• התקיעה של דקה אחרי הפתיחה — כאן יש כמה גורמים נפרדים שתוקנו: סריקת גופני המערכת שקראה כל קובץ גופן במלואו (27/08), התאוששות מעדכון ספרייה שנקטע שגררה סריקה מלאה של המסד בכל עלייה (27/08), ודילוג על ריצת אינדוקס מלאה בעלייה כשאין ספרים חסרים (31/08).

כלומר: מי שיושב על 0.9.96 מ-Releases — עדיין לא קיבל אף אחד מהם. הם ייכנסו לשחרור הרשמי הבא.

שני דברים שכן אפשר לעשות עכשיו, בלי קשר לגרסה:

1. אם המחשב על רשת מסוננת — להפעיל מצב לא-מקוון בהגדרות. בדיקות הרשת בעלייה מוסיפות עשרות שניות כשהן לא נכשלות מיד.
2. אם הוספת תיקיות ספרים אישיות — למחוק משם קבצים שמתחילים ב-~$ (שאריות נעילה של Word). הם נכשלים בכל מעבר אינדוקס ומסומנים "ניתן לנסות שוב", וזה מה שמחזיר את הסריקה המלאה בכל הפעלה. זה לא תוקן בקוד עדיין.

ולפני שאני מנחש: מה בדיוק כתוב בשגיאה שאתה רואה בפתיחה? אם זו לא שגיאת ה-timeout של התוספים אלא משהו אחר, זו בעיה אחרת לגמרי. שלח את הטקסט המדויק, ואת הגרסה שלך (הגדרות ← אודות, כולל מספר הבנייה) — ורצוי גם את %APPDATA%\otzaria\logs\errors.txt.

למה: כשקובץ נכשל והכישלון מסומן "ניתן לנסות שוב", משימת האינדוקס לא מסתיימת נקי, ובהפעלה הבאה התוכנה עוברת שוב על כל הספרייה מההתחלה — אלפי ספרים, בלי להוסיף כלום. זה מה שאתה מרגיש כתקיעה, וזה חוזר בכל פתיחה כל עוד שני הקבצים שם. מספר "2 בעיות" הוא בדיוק מה שראינו אצל @m-החושב באותו שרשור, ואצלו שני הקבצים היו שאריות נעילה של Word.

מה לעשות עכשיו:

1. פתח את %APPDATA%\otzaria\logs\errors.txt וחפש את שתי השורות עם שמות הקבצים שנכשלו.
2. אם השמות מתחילים ב-~$ — אלה לא ספרים. אלה קבצי נעילה זמניים ש-Word יוצר כשמסמך פתוח ונשארים מאחור אחרי סגירה לא תקינה, 162 בתים, מוסתרים. מחק אותם מתיקיית הספרים האישית שהוספת (צריך להפעיל הצגת קבצים מוסתרים ב-Explorer כדי לראותם).
3. רענן ספרייה, ותן להפעלה אחת להשלים עד הסוף בלי לסגור באמצע.

זה לא תלוי בגרסה — זה לא תוקן בקוד עדיין, אז שום עדכון לא יפתור את זה בלי הניקוי הזה.

אם שני הקבצים שנכשלים הם דווקא ספרים אמיתיים ולא ~$ — שלח את שתי השורות מ-errors.txt ואמשיך משם, כי אז זו בעיה אחרת.
